Psychiatrist and eating disorders researcher Joanna Steinberg receives 100K from Huberman Lab Podcast to further work on brain-based differences linked to the disorder.
“We are thrilled about our new partners and the opportunity to apply our biotechnology platform at the scale needed to identify new drugs for neuropsychiatric disorders,” said Dr. Sean Escola.

The Columbia Gender Identity Program provides compassionate, personalized, and expert care to children, adolescents, adults, and families across the gender and sexuality spectrum.
“You can see this connection [to depression] in the general population, how strong it was, and that it builds up with each additional medication a person uses,” said Dr. Mark Olfson.
"We have a serious, national problem in terms of adequate recognition of psychiatric illnesses and their treatment," said Dr. John Mann. "We're missing most of these cases, that's the bottom line."
