Research Approaches
A major strength of the Division on Substance Use Disorders is the breadth of conceptual and methodological approaches being taken by our faculty to understanding the causes and treatments of substance use disorders. This breadth of focus is further enriched by collaboration with other divisions and investigators across the Department of Psychiatry and the larger Medical Center, in order to advance translational research and investigate mechanisms that may cut across psychiatric and other medical disorders.
