The Man O’ War Project at Columbia University Irving Medical Center is the first university-led research trial to establish manualized guidelines for the application of Equine-Assisted Therapy for treating veterans with PTSD (EAT-PTSD) and to examine the effectiveness of this promising new treatment for veterans. The project is led by Dr. Yuval Neria and Dr. Prudence Fisher, with gracious support by Ambassador Earle I. Mack. In this video, Dr. Neria and Dr. Fisher discuss the Man O’ War project, PTSD, Equine-Assisted Therapy, and how this all relates to Veterans Day.
