Communications Office

The Communications Office of Columbia University's Department of Psychiatry provides and disseminates information about the department's research, treatment, training programs, and special events to as broad a public as possible, ensuring the visibility of Columbia Psychiatry researchers, who provide expert commentary on current events with a psychiatric or psychological component. The Communications Team responds to requests for information from the media, the general public, and professional and public officials through press releases and public service announcements, and by facilitating interviews with researchers and updating news items on the Columbia Psychiatry website.
