Victoria Conway, LMSW, is an Associate in Psychiatric Social Work in the Department of Psychiatry at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She received her M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work, where they specialized in Advanced Clinical Practice and gained certification in Motivational Interviewing and Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy.
Victoria specializes in treating early psychosis and psychosis spectrum disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) and psychodynamic approaches. At the Lieber Recovery Clinic, Victoria offers individualized, evidence-based care in individual and group settings using CBT approaches to depression, anxiety, and psychosis, as well as neurodiversity-affirming DBT. They are committed to offering strengths-based, non-pathologizing approaches to treatment and recovery that honor lived experience and personal expertise.
