Victoria Elizabeth Conway, LMSW

Victoria Conway, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker in the Lieber Recovery Clinic, where they specialize in CBT approaches to depression, anxiety, and psychosis, as well as neurodivergence-oriented DBT treatment. Victoria obtained their MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work, where they specialized in Advanced Clinical Practice, and is certified in Motivational Interviewing and Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy. Prior to joining the Columbia Faculty Practice, she worked as a psychotherapist at the Early Psychosis Intervention Clinic – New Orleans, providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) and psychodynamic therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing their first episode of psychosis. They specialize in individualized, evidence-based care in the individual and group setting. They are passionate about strengths-based, non-pathologizing approaches to treatment and recovery that honor each individual’s lived experience and personal expertise.
