Her clinical interests include Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), in particular anxiety disorders and postpartum OCD, along with associated stressors that can arise during the perinatal period including infertility, perinatal loss, traumatic birth, and coping with maternal-fetal medical complications. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. She primarily utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and will also integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and dyadic techniques to help patients meet their goals.
