Sarah Vitello is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New York. Ms. Vitello provides individual and group psychotherapy to patients at the Women's Mental Health Program at Columbia OB/GYN. Ms. Vitello uses a patient centered approach, integrating cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, mindfulness and strengths-based practices.
