Nicole Tchalim, MD, is a reproductive psychiatrist at Columbia University’s Women’s and Reproductive Mental Health (WARM) program. Her clinical work focuses on mental health across the reproductive lifespan, including premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum depression and other perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and the psychiatric changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause. She also works with individuals navigating the psychological impact of reproductive health conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and infertility. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, integrating psychotherapy and psychopharmacology into her practice.
