Overview

Dr. Zhu is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurobiology (in Psychiatry) at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, and research scientist at the New York State Psychiatric Institute. Dr. Zhu's research is committed to uncover complex relationships among neural biomarkers, clinical symptoms and health outcomes to advance diagnostics and treatment selection of mental disorders. My methodological interests include machine learning/deep learning, network analysis, longitudinal data analysis, and latent factor analytics for precision medicine. This work is funded by grants from the National Institute of Mental Health, and Brain and Behavior Research Foundation.
